Appointment Preparation

We need to have inside access to your house to clean your system. If you are a first time customer we also need to access the attic if possible for a complete inspection.

Please remove any valuable, fragile or irreplaceable items from the

fireplace and hearth area. We are not responsible for broken items if not removed around the work area prior to our arrival.

Please move cars and other valuables around the exterior chimney area and make access for our service truck.

Please do not have a fire in the fireplace the night before our visit, and if you have gas logs, make sure they are not turned on the day of our visit. You do not have to clean out your fireplace/stove, we will take care of cold ashes.

Since we have to be in and out, please secure your pets.

 Cleanings can take up to 2hrs to complete. If you cannot be home at the time, you will need to make arrangements for someone to meet us there. We respectfully ask that this person be a

responsible adult.

 We prefer cash or check.  Venmo and credit card processing may carry a surcharge.

If you have to cancel or reschedule your appointment please do so 12 hrs in advance or a $40.00 cancellation may apply. 

 

Cancelation or rescheduling is easily done online through the confirmation text and emails sent to you or through your Pro-Sweep Stove Works online account
